Michelle has been working as a sustainability manager at Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG, a wholesale company for assembly and fastening materials based in Künzelsau. Sustainability is a key component of Würth's corporate strategy, with the goal of becoming largely circular by 2030. Michelle is responsible for sustainability reporting and drives cross-departmental projects to support the company's transformation. These projects range from developing sustainable logistics strategies to creating training programs. Prior to entering the workforce, she studied industrial engineering in her bachelor's and master's degree programs.
