    14:00 Masterclass retarus

    • Holistic approaches to automating supplier communication
    • Automated processing of incoming documents with the Retarus Multi AI model
    • Efficient integration through process and system independence

The manual processing of order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices is a major challenge in supplier communication. It ties up resources, is prone to errors and costs a lot of time and therefore money. Modern, AI-based automation solutions can make these processes significantly more efficient, reduce errors and speed up the flow of information.

In his presentation, Phil Wischniowsky will show how you can revolutionise supplier communication. Also with regard to B and C suppliers, where digital integration is often difficult: lack of technology, low order volumes or rejection of EDI connections lead to manual rework.

Find out how you can digitally integrate these suppliers without EDI and automate order processes with the help of AI - so that all important data is directly structured in the ERP system and seamlessly processed. This saves time and costs and increases the transparency of your supply chain.

Many people talk about digitalisation in procurement - we talk about real transformation.
In this 15-minute masterclass, Kerstin Hahn, Senior Business Developer LoB Procurement & Logistics at HENRICHSEN4s, shows why real change in procurement can only succeed if you think holistically about the interaction between people, processes and systems.

As a result of the new technical possibilities, the world is growing together into a networked global system of great heterogeneity. Opportunities and risks are closely intertwined. Dealing with the new in society has become a major challenge. At this high pace of innovation, citizens are looking for ways to understand the new and to recognise social and technical processes in context. • Meeting environmental compliance obligations under Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)
    • Reducing emissions with precision – Lack of data depth limits insights and progress. We’ll show how accurate data management creates transparency and reveals untapped savings potential.

14:15 Why can't I just sort products by sustainability? You can! With ESG Score

If your company is somewhat like the typical corporates out there, you have many many purchasing transactions on standard products every day – from adhesive tapes, computers, garbage bags to office chairs, tools etc.

Process efficiency rules in this procurement area: The relatively low expenditures per item offer no room for benchmarking their sustainability in own contribution. So, despite the honest intent to procure sustainably and despite billions spent worldwide on standard products, sustainability hardly plays a role in the selection process of standard products. Not because sustainable products would cost more – regularly they don’t. No, just because creating transparency on this aspect is too expensive.

In this masterclass we will show you how ESG Score closes the gap: By integrating our sustainability data in your procurement processes, you can empower your colleagues to qickly identify best-in-class standard products and to sort and filter the products by sustainability in their digital catalogs.

Why can't I just sort products by sustainability?
