Farah is ESG Manager at Jebsen & Jessen (GmbH & Co.) KG. She is a trained bank clerk, studied economics and CSR management, and has been dealing with the credibility of sustainability reports and strategies since then. At Jebsen & Jessen (GmbH & Co.) KG, she is responsible for implementing ESG guidelines and standards as well as ESG reporting, and she promotes the integration of environmental and social aspects within the company. She is convinced that the stringent, credible implementation of sustainability in corporate management must begin and be anchored there in order to achieve targeted development in the social and environmental areas.
