Farah is ESG Manager at Jebsen & Jessen (GmbH & Co.) KG. She is a qualified banker, studied economics and CSR management and was already concerned with the credibility of sustainability reports and strategies back then. At Jebsen & Jessen (GmbH & Co.) KG, she is responsible for the implementation of ESG guidelines and standards as well as ESG reporting and drives the integration of environmental and social aspects within the company. She is convinced that a stringent, credible implementation of sustainability begins with corporate management and must be anchored there in order to achieve targeted development in the areas of social and environmental issues.
