Annemarie Hillenbrand

The responsible entrepreneurial treatment of people and nature is a matter of course for Annemarie. She did an apprenticeship as a winemaker and studied Viticulture and Enology. After numerous positions in the wine industry, she completed an MBA in Sustainability. Since December 2022, she has been working as sustainability manager at ebm-papst Mulfingen GmbH & Co. KG. The family-owned company in Hohenlohe is the global market leader for fans and motors and focuses on sustainable and efficient air and heating technology. Annemarie supports all locations worldwide in achieving climate targets and keeps track of the individual ESG-projects. She is particularly keen to educate the sites and share her own knowledge. For her, listening well and dealing with colleagues in an appreciative manner are the keys to successfully managing transformation processes. With her motivation and charisma for sustainability issues, she motivates the ebm-papst team to get involved in all projects. She is convinced that sustainability can only be anchored in the company if everyone works together.
