Daniel Ott combines in-depth knowledge of the food industry with practical experience in sustainability management. After earning his degree in Food Science with a focus on the food industry, he further developed his expertise by pursuing a master’s degree in sustainability in services and the food industry and spending semesters abroad in Spain and Mexico. At KPMG, he advised companies on ESG issues. Today, he applies this experience in a hands-on capacity as Sustainability Manager at Berief Food.
