Dr. Axel Wietfeld is the Executive Vice President Procurement & Real Estate (Chief Procurement Officer) at Uniper SE, managing all direct and indirect spend.

He also chairs the H2Global Foundation, which focuses on accelerating the global production and import of green hydrogen and derivatives.

Axel joined Uniper in 2002, holding various executive roles in gas supply, LNG, gas storage, and renewables across multiple countries.
