Elke Stein

Elke works as a Human Rights Officer in the Global Sustainability department at Drägerwerk AG & Co KGaA. In this role, she actively supports the adaptation and implementation of strategies and processes resulting from the Green Deal.
Finding a balance between increasing customer requirements and the inertia of complex organizations is as much a challenge as broadening the view on the entire value chain. In order to actively involve the various stakeholders, the trained humanities and communication scientist uses analytical approaches in combination a great deal of perseverance. With her diverse experience in strategy, new business models, M&A and project management from various industries, Elke always tries to find new solutions with a fresh perspective.
In her spare time, Elke also works as a volunteer for the “Weißer Ring”, a charity that supports the interests of vulnerable groups of people.
