Jorge Alvarez

Fullstep

Spanish, father of four children, with a long-standing relationship with Germany. He began his professional career at General Motors' European Purchasing Organization. Later, at the Volkswagen Group, he held the first Executive Management position in Global and Forward Sourcing in charge of implanting it, and at SEAT he was a member of the Management Committee as Purchasing Director.

In the year 2000, he founded Fullstep with the goal of unlocking structural efficiency potential through strategic procurement and thereby driving business growth.

In 2005, he was appointed CEO of Beroa Technology Group, now part of Global Dominion, a company listed on the Spanish stock exchange, where he is a member of the Board of Directors.

In 2024, he returned to Fullstep to lead its expansion.
