Ina Othersen has a background in psychology and human factors. She applies her strong affinity for innovative approaches and precise strategies in various areas within the Volkswagen Group. She has been working in the Sustainability department of the Volkswagen Group since 2022. Initially, she was responsible for the publication of the Group Sustainability Report. Since 2024, she is responsible for regenerate+, the Volkswagen Group's new sustainability strategy, which she will introduce to us in more detail shortly.
