During this time, he has supported and led numerous national and international transformation programs. His focus is on the successful management of complex change processes, the further development of organizations and leadership teams, and the sustainable embedding of transformations within companies. He has strategically realigned and transformed numerous procurement functions. Drawing on his many years of experience, he combines strategic perspective with pragmatic implementation expertise and supports companies in successfully delivering even large-scale change initiatives.
